Moz puts all the metrics you need to track in one place: traffic, keywords, links, website health, and on-page grades. What do you like best? Open Site Explorer is their top tool which enables a powerful method of looking up link data like PA and DA. I also use Followerwonk frequently for checking social data. What do you dislike? Their campaigns aren't totally useful to me, but I wouldn't say I "dislike" them. It is useful comparing competitors, though. What do you like best? There are few area's that I use the most often and find useful. The first one is the page grading system that allows you to see how a given page is graded for a specific search term. It also provides suggestions on how to improve the page, which allows you to learn best practices quickly. Second, I find the weekly reports on SERP numbers for all your keywords very useful.
