"great for connecting teams and managing projects"
What do you like best? Super easy for teams to collaborate and maintain all the project files in a single place and all have access. Really like how simple it is to use and that it really covers all bases from document management to creating a project schedule, for online meetings and training sessions. Also like the ability to record meetings and store them for others to 'attend' later.

"Collaborate With All Branches of Company"
What do you like best? I really enjoy the layout and functionality of files posted. As I go through my work week it is faster usually to Moxtra someone in my organization than even SMS. Being able to go back and see the history of the messages is useful as you can search people while eliminating the distraction of a cell phone.

What do you like best? The fact they have integrated with Tact. Being able to speak to your back end office systems. Update notes and pull up records in SFDC and more!

What do you like best about Moxo? I like the one-glance view for internal users for workspaces for our client-users. It also simiplifies things for our client-users.

I think its the best of its kind
PROS: I give props to the user interface because ScreenShare's simplicity is great. Sharing content is also great with this solution. CONS: While I like the interface, I think there are still things that can be done better. The ScreenShare and video could both be in the same window, for one. I don't think there's a need for them to be on two separate screens. Works on whatever device you have
PROS: The first thing that stood out for me is how user-friendly it is. I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve and the features offered are actually things that we can use in our business. I particularly liked that I could make documents for note-taking and other group members could look at those notes as well. I also appreciated the to-do lists and the group chats. Love how user-friendly it is
PROS: They always say that you should work smarter and I think I've been able to do that with this solution. With this, I've been able to really foster cooperation between teammates as well as different teams through features that allow for content, dialogue, and meetings. I also am impressed that it allows me to connect to our company's security and systems as well as gives me the option to use the company branding.

Makes cooperating easy so processes move along quickly
PROS: This has been a godsend for our company since it lets our users have a dialogue and share content with more ease than ever. Because of this, collaboration has been easier than ever before. "Multipurpose app that can be used on multiple devices."
What do you like best? I like that it is easy to understand and use. There are several useful features such as group chats, to-do lists, and one can create documents to take notes which can be viewed by others in the group.
