I received an exceptional service form…

I received an exceptional service form Both Ron who took my initial request for technical support and Tommy who actually fixed the problem. i could tell that they are genuinely wanting to help because they didn't just direct me to follow a standard link but also offered to do it themselves if i provided addition information to access my account, which i did and they solved the problem for me. leaving a 5 star review is the least i can do to show my appreciation. keep up the good work! Chuck

John Novac and I started off a bit stiff but ultimately he was the gentleman that came through with thorough and efficient aid after a goodse chase of correspondence. He helped me in minutes. Great service and better conversation. I appreciate him and his attention to customer care.
