I can understand people thinking and how grateful they are while thanking the other person with motos, and I enjoy buying cards and using those coupons for my personal use. It is beneficial. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? A great way to recognize employees and to provide more rewards. Also a good way for others within the company to see what peopel are doing.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that I can see when I last thanked someone, with the date, and who I am most like, if people fill out their profiles. I like that it is easy to redeem my rewards for gift cards and that they are preselected awards I can give to people so I don't have to spend as much time describing why I am thanking them.
