What do you like best about Motivosity? I love all the Positive vibes everyone gives off. Also, i like getting to know co-workers I usually don't get to see. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing its great! i think it is set up very well and easy to use. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Connectedness to fellow employees, Recognition for good work done throughout the day. Provides good postive flow.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Thanksmatters card is a joy to use, also I really like to new design as it is much more intuitive then the previous one. What do you dislike about Motivosity? One minor thing: It was not clear at first whether I have to select a value or not, as it turned out it is not mandatory. It would be nice to have a minor tooltip about this next to that section. What do you like best about Motivosity? It is for the most part easy to use. I like being able to upload pictures What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't know how to tell who sent me the money. I would be good to upload more than one picture. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps to see recognition across the board.

What do you like best about Motivosity? You can recognize your team members and peers easily. Also, it is really friendly to use. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The Spot Bonuses report does not update unless you scroll down and up a few times. Also, it could be useful to have a search option and summary for Spot Bonuses What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognition. It is easy to recognize good behaviors and provide exposure.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is great to have a system that is designed to highlight the little interactions we have with co-workers who help make our day better. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Reporting can take a bit to get what you need. It would be nice if this was simplified. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It is highlighting the appreciation that all co-workers have for each other on a daily basis.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's simple and user-friendly. I'm able to jump in and start using it with minimal instruction. Anything I might not understand is explained with their easy to access help section. The interface is familiar, as it's very similar to a social media page. I like that I don't get incessant reminders or notifications about all the people posting to it--I can look at it when I feel like it, and I can also see what's been happening in the email digests. "Motivosity works better to engage our employees than anything else we've ever done!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that everyone can see all of the posts and comment on them as well, it has turned our caregivers into cheerleaders for each other and the team as a whole. We are able to welcome new employees, send "Thank you" notes to each other, reconize events and happenings in the lives of our caregivers. It's great!! What do you dislike about Motivosity?
