As Someone­ with ADHD who struggles to stay focused and organized found gre­at joy in discovering the Motion app. This invaluable tool has be­come a lifeline, allowing me to effectively manage­ projects, priorities, and schedule­s while accommodating my ADHD brain.

What do you like best about Motion? The auto-scheduling is my favorite feature. After I carefully tend my tasks, I go to my calendar to see what I should do next, and Motion tells me. Not much thought is required on what to do to achieve my large and small goals together. Requires less thought to get more done.

What do you like best about Motion? Motion has made me so much more productive! Adding tasks into the app gives me the accountability I need to get them done then it's so satisfying ticking them off! I also love the fact that it rearranges your schedule if somethign comes up so you can stay flexible and never forget a task.
