After a long time of paying and using it, I am giving it a one-star rating and will be looking for a different asset library for my needs. I am constantly receiving third-party strikes, which almost resulted in a YouTube copyright strike. The reason? Music on MotionArray. If they claim you, that's fine; you can clear it, but why am I being claimed for copyright for music that I paid for? every single video? now even in risk to losing my channel? i sent them email and chat message.... they ...

Nope!
We bought a year subscription, a day later a representative reached out saying our company was too large and our license to be valid. It went from about $250 per year to $5000 per year. I asked if we could buy the image, he said that would be $3500. We asked for a refund, that they gave us and I found it on another site for $26. Good Riddance motionarray.com

Stingy with refunds
Obviously there would be customers who aren't professional motion designers that would want something other than a subscription model for their pricing. Anyway, yeah, I bought into it and had forgot the cancel for several months. As you might imagine they were not willing to refund any of it, even though they could see I wasn't using their service. The scenario is intended and that's pretty scummy.
