Closing Coordinator
What do you like best? I liked how you could get into the loans and see detailed information. What do you dislike? I did not like that only one person was allowed in the system to see a loan at a time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Closing loans, APR rates, approval or denial, underwriting.
