Horrendous product - LEAVING AFTER 10 YEARS
I honestly don't know where to begin, from starting with them 10 years ago and finding them to be what I would consider a market leader at the time with an excellent product and customer service they have degraded so far it is very sad to see. I have spent lockdown transferring my 9 sites over to wix due to all this nonsense from moonfuit:- editor frequently very slow indeed with crashes- account access erratic, often unable to access at all for days- account page randomly showing as empty ...

DO NOT USE THIS SITE
I am struggling to give this site one star. Their service is atrocious. I was passed from pillar to post before being eventually dumped off the line. No help whatsoever, my account was then deleted without notice. They are happy to take payments though. Absolutely appalled. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

My 4 websites were deleted by moonfruit with 24 hrs notice!
My 4 websites were deleted by moonfruit with 24 hours notice. I have been a customer of theirs for many years. I didn't see the email and only found out a few days later. The support staff ignored me for days and I ended up contacting them via twitter. They said I would get a refund as I had paid until March 2021. Now they are saying that I won't get a refund. please do not use them, they are a rubbish company.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription monthly for months now yet on my account and billing it says subscription cancelled until 1st June 2030 yet for months now you are still taken money for a service I do not want and you certainly are not offering nothing worls I do not have a website and I am unable to cancel anything again as it already is cancelled so it says until 2030 what on earth is going on you owe me nearly 2 years of back payments for a service that is supposed to be ...

My son subscribed to Moonfruit and…
My son subscribed to Moonfruit and created his own website. He was so excited that he had created his own website. Unfortunately he passed away in an accident and I, his mother, took all his things over. Towards the end of 2019 my credit card was cloned, so my card was cancelled and my bank issued me with a new card. The yearly website fee was due end November 2019. Was happy, gone down hill to the point of us leaving
We have been with moonfruit for 6 years, now owned by Yell.com. The site builder is good and the response builder works very well. I have 5 sites with them and spend around £40 a month for various bits emails, https etc.The problem is when they have an outage it takes days to come back up. There's no contact because they take their own site down too. Their twitter account goes silent too. 10 years with Moonfruit... Now Hell
10 years with Moonfruit, when it was site maker, no issues, now a nightmare, design issues, bad customer service, lagging behind WixCom... Please don't use any aspect of it. Will cost you time, money and your business

Enough is Enough!
Had 5 sites with Moonfruit. Now have 2. Have recently moved the most important one (commercially) to Square Space as they have far superior functionality, reliability and creative options. More expensive but not by much. Moonfruit has CONSTANT function issues amd 'fixes'. Been with Moonfruit 11 years and the quicker i can move away the two remaining sites, the better. All gone down hill since Yell bought it a couple of years back.

Dodgy Smallprint
Joined in 2016 when transaction showed as (sitemaker software) with the aid of a web site designer, cancelled after year 1. Then out of nowhere they take another payment in 2018, 2019, and now 2020, no explanation or no contact. I have raised a dispute with my card provider, beware of this company, I have no idea why they started taking payments again
