Used Moonfruit for 5+ years now and…

Used Moonfruit for 5+ years now and thankfully I'll be cancelling my subscription this December. I think they are so far outdated compared to their competitors. No search bar, not mobile friendly and the site editor/dashboard is just SO SLOW. Whenever my customers view my site it tells them it's 'not secure' so totally puts them off ordering!!! Continue to take payments after subscription terminated

Left Moonfruit in October 2019 and had it in writing from Moonfruit when subscription terminated. Now billed me again and not replying to messages to gain a refund.

Another long time customer who is leaving.

Sadly, I am another long time (8 years) business customer who will be shortly transferring to a new provider.Moonfruit was once more than adequate for a small business but it seems to be lagging well behind the competition. The final nail in the coffin was the fact that I can't actually renew my domain and email hosting. The web-site crashes when processing payment. Don’t be fooled - amateur company

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I changed over all my web pages and info this year (even though I was still locked into the years payment) because I was so fed up of no one answering my emails or calls or web forms. The features are glitchy and basic and it’s UI is so dated and not in line with some of the competitors out there. Wouldn’t recommend and annoyed with myself for having put up with it for so long. Would award no stars if I could.

Moonfruit - problem after problem

I’ve just left Moonfruit after 8 years. First built my website in 2012, but year after year Moonfruit got worse. Frequent down time on my website with no communication resulting in loss of business on many days. Could not attach an SSL certificate to my site, spent months asking for assistance. Which meant customers accessing my website always received a security warning from their browser. Moonfruit Deleted my website when they upgraded their technology with only 3 days notice and having ...

Poor service

Website has been down about 10 days so far..Customer service just keep saying "one of the 'team' will get back to me" - hasn't happened yet.Been with moonfruit for around 10 years, not impressed at all with how they are currently operating.I think I'll be moving to another host site and starting again. It's not what I want to do but this service is simply awful now.

Disappointed with service

Disappointed with service. I have been with them for 4 years and no issues with them until recently. I am considering leaving them due to others 1 star reviews. What about my domain and email address though? For those of you that left Moonfruit were you able to keep your email address and domain or did you have to make new ones?
