Utter disaster

Utter disaster! Cost us £1000s and £1000s of lost business this Christmas 2020 because we could not edit our website owing to the fact that the Moonfruit editor is Adobe Flash which was discontinued December 2020. Moonfruit technical support promised we would be able to edit website in HTML5 in December but nothing has happened so we have had to create a new parallel website and now have to employ a new website builder to sort out the mess and replace the Moonfruit site. Setting up HTTPS is impossible

Setting up HTTPS is impossible - Moonfruit help menus are contrary to Moonfruit support Chat. Spendings day and long hours and still NO HTTPS enabled

Dreadful experience

Continual problems, horrendous reliability, zero customer service, outdated, now locked out of my account completely. Avoid these shysters they are amateurs and are likely to finished pretty soon.

Move while you can

Echoing others experience. My domain is down/deleted. Support clearly outsourced and overwhelmed, clearly new boss Claire Miles has ruined this company.

Pissed off

I feel for all of you in a similar plight. My website has gone down and customer support appears to be non existent- the web (yelp) provides a phone number which doesn't work. I have a large value contract (7000 EUR - a lot for a freelancer) which is linked to my site and which may be at risk because this dents my credibility. I used to like moonfruit and have been a customer for years but I am now very concerned and indeed increasingly angry

Moonfruit - My websites gone down - NO HELP

Ok, like most other peoples experiences Im reading about here , I'm now having to go through the same issue of dealing with their none existent customer support. My website has been down since early last week and no-ones responding to my pleas for assistance. Can anyone recommend a good alternative !

Awful customer service, 3 week wait

They deleted my website with zero warning and for no apparent reason.Had to chase them and ask for a reason and after 2 months they finally put it back up without an apology.Now recently discovered the submission form fmdiesnt even send enquiries to my email. Thousands of pounds of lost income due to their negligence, AND DURING A PANDEMIC WHEN WE ARE FIGHTING TO SCRAPE BY!Average wait of 3 weeks for "customer service" to get back to you.Utter jokers.

Left after 8 years. Terrible provider

Sadly, like most if the reviews on here, after being a customer for 8 years, I have finally taken the decision to move my website elsewhere.The builders are shockingly bad. It’s only when you go to another provider you realise just how bad it really is. Trying to communicate with an agent who works there is a very long wait. My website has been made unavailable for no reason, subscription up to date which Moonfruit has taken without my authority.Impossible to contact anybody on chat, nobody answers after three days........Are they still in business?
