Unable to edit

I have a picture-heavy website running in this abs need to do frequent edits to pages. Have been unable to do any since before Christmas and support just says “we are working on it, bear with us.” Have asked for, abs been told I cab have 2 months’ subscription off the price but not being able to change anything is really bad. Ask for refunds, people.

Frankly dead in the water

Frankly, this host site is dead in the water and I do not believe anyone is working on making it functional again.I am now in the process of having to make expensive refunds to people who have bought what is no longer available, and asking for a "back end" edit is quite impossible. Legal action should commence immediately against Moonfruit and parent organization Yell.

AWFUL AVOID FLASH EDITOR ISSUES

AWFUL customer service. just say they will get back to you. We inquired in December about the flash editor changes which would be occuring and they promised it wouldnt interfer with the site. After 2 months still not able to edit site. They offer to edit for you but this never happens. AVOID!

Atrocious

Had 13 months to get away from flash, but didn't bother until the last minute - still not fixed. Cannot even edit photos of layout on the site. Its been weeks and they've made little to no progress on something they should have been working to fix a year ago.

Having contacted Moonfruit as we were unabe to edit site they got aboslute zero feedback! We have been unable to add new products since well before xmas 2020 and we still cant edit the site. I can only say they are the most useless hosts I have ever been unfortunate enough to pay for. I can confirm I wont be paying for them much longer though as we are going to move both sites to one that works.So if your reading this I urge you NOT to waste your money with this poor effort of a company.

Dreadful service and lack or foresight

We are also left without any ability to edit our site so we can't add or change advertisers and haven't been able to do so since Jan 11. We are losing money and reputation hand over fist. I can't understand how a company like this can allow something like to happen. They had knowledge and foresight but did nothing and now cannot fix the problem. They say they can make a change manually their end but even a small one takes about a week which is useless.

OMG...where to begin...

OMG...where to begin.... I'm at a huge loss here. I have sooooo many sites hosted by these scumbags that assured us that the Non-Flash transition was going to go smoothly. What in the sam hell were they thinking? It's class action lawsuit time, in my opinion. I have lost customers because of this. Not to mention my credibility as a webmaster. Boy, you've really gone and screwed us all here Fruitcakes!!!

Useless

Useless, they have known for years that flash will be coming to and end and instead of working away prior to this to have a seamless transition for there customers they have decided no one can edit there sites while they work on the non flash version and "complex" editing which would seem to be as simple as editing text colour, size, and layout needs to be done by a moonfruit employee. we are moving our site over to Wix instead.

Shambolic and completely useless

I would give them zero stars if it were possible. After years of relatively trouble free service (although the v5 upgrade sat in 'beta' mode for several years), the 'management' of the retirement of Flash Player means I cannot now edit my site at all. After upgrading to v6 as requested, and having to completely redesign as a result, my expectation was that everything would smoothly transition to the post-Flash environment.
