Scam renewal process. I signed up to a new domain and hosting package with Moonfruit Less than 11 months later I received an email stating the following years invoice was due and it was 10x more expensive than the previous tear. I then tried to cancel but was then told I had to pay the invoice for the following year to cancel. Avoid like the plague and stick to reputable hosting companies like GoDaddy or Squarespace...Of course have been In contact with different companies to help transfer ...

no support to speak of, unless youre happy waiting for a week.internal help pages are utterly useless and bare little resemblence to the engine itself.Great if you want to publish a collection of badly laid out pictures of your cat.....No use whatsoever to small businesses. Dont waste your time.

Seemingly incapable of fixing lack of emails through website contact form

Had been reasonably good for several years but really very poor now. Since 12th May I wondered why business was really quiet and then discovered on the 20th that enquiries were not being forwarded by the contact form on my website. Non existent customer service

I'm a long term paying user of Moonfruit and since recently having problems with the website i needed to contact support. No phone numbers, only help is via the online chat and the issue never gets resolved/palmed off. Website isn't showing any more and i'm losing business, this will be my last year with them.They've really gone downhill....

One of the worst website builders known to man! I started out with this company 12 years ago, but then they started worsening as the years went on and editing was a nightmare. The templates were minimal and none did what I wanted. Customer service DID NOT EXSIST and after all those years went over to another website builder. What a load of s@@t, trying to do a simple update on website content...follow their instructions to load firefox...seriously 2021... now flash... no longer supported... I suggest everyone considers a change of website provider before this company implodes shortly and everything disappears... As a footnote it's fantastic their web page has all 5* reviews with a link to this site... enough said

The most amateur web hosting company and bunch of clueless (I'm also debating on using the word 'lying'; maybe I'll settle with naive, or scared for their jobs) personnel I have EVER dealt with over 25 years.These imbeciles, despite my on-going warnings in multiple e-mails and chats Sept 2020, about Adobe Flash imminent death didn't take it seriously and had/have (as of March 2021) ***NO*** HTML5 editor ready for editing their hosted websites originally built with Flash editor. This has to to be the most annoying…

This has to to be the most annoying company to get hold of. Ive been with them for a number of years but now my patience has run out. The only way to speak to them is via a live chat, they got back to me at 4.29am and wondered why I wasn't there... I'm paying for a service that they can't provide. Plain and simple avoid at all costs.

Out of date platform avoid at all costs

Two months without being able to edit and now the most basic editing facility. Today I am unable to access my e-mails , this company is a joke and has been getting worse year on year. Enough is enough, I will be moving to another provider before renewal. If you are thinking of building a website avoid Moonfruit at all costs, it’s an archaic platform that hasn’t kept pace.

Rubbish!!

Uninstalled Flash and installed Firefox as the 'help' advised but still can't edit my site - not even the text never mind the links that now don't work. totally rubbish!!!!
