Re Moonfruit. They really should have been better prepared and have now speant 51 days saying it will work soon.Following instructions given by them. This means shifting to firefox, adding letters to my webpage name. This takes to "run flash". Clicking on this takes to a large "FI" box. Clicking on that takes to "adobe flash end of life" website. Which is of course the problem. Telling them that has not offered any more help. Very disappointing

I'm having terrible trouble getting onto my website to edit it. Why have they messed around with the system? I obliged with the migration nonsense but what was the point? Grumpy .

Moonfruit is now absolute rubbish!!

I agree with all the negative comments on here! I have been with moonfruit for about 9 years now and since they have been messing around with flash and everything else I cannot edit my site, I have no files either, everything is missing!!!!!!. Customer service is crap. I have threatened to shut down ask for my yearly payment back, that has not long been paid unfortunately (before I had more problems) and move to somewhere else. Why do people do this???? As the saying goes......if it ain't ...

At last - the Flash fix, and it works!

Like everyone else recently, I've been frustrated that the Flash fix wasn't brought out by the due date, but now that I've downloaded the fix and installed it, I'm very very pleased. I wasn't expecting the fix to be a Flash look-a-like, and I thought I would have to make adjustments (and go through yet another digital learning curve, oh joy) - but no, the edit program looks exactly the same as it did before, and it doesn't look as if I'll have to make any adjustments. Huge relief! Well done ...

Terrible company -- utterly incompetent

Terrible company! Don't get near them. They have let Flash go out of service and have done nothing to prevent their customers from being stuck for two months. We still cannot edit our websites and make changes -- they deserve to go out of business. Total amatures. Go to wix.

Here's a company that totally mismanaged the flash obsolescence situation. A company that will leave you hanging for weeks and weeks, not caring if you are unable to access your sites. While taking your money. TWO MONTHS locked out. Can't edit. Can't update. Imagine that for a sec. No apology. No company outreach to explain. No refund. Btw, they are still taking their evenings and weekends OFF during all this. Keeping bankers' hours with no sense of urgency or emergency for their customers. ...

I have to disagree with so many of the negative comments presented here. I've been with Moonfruit many years and have always found them pretty helpful.Okay, so there has been a bit of a cock-up over the flash player fix, I like many others, have been totally frustrated at the time it has taken. I was even more frustrated when I couldn't get the damn thing to work despite having followed instructions. Totally useless, find another provider

It is shocking that they continue to say they will sort the problems. This has been since early January and we have now moved our community site to Wix as being totally unable to edit our site was useless in the current pandemic. They say they can make simple changes - when I asked them to do this they broke links that had nothing to do with the changes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Incompetent

Incompetent - do not use. Despite their claims, Moonfruit are unable to do the most basic thing they are supposed to do - allow you to build and edit your own web site. After waiting weeks whilst they lied to me about how soon the editor would be up and running, they offered to make some price and date updates for me.
