If it were possible this Web Host would have gotten ZERO stars. I have been dealing with my website being down for over a week now. If I get an answer at all, it is 6 or more hours later. My experience: I had a website with them for one year in 2016 and cancelled my subscription & deleted my website. In 2017 they took £36 from my bank but refunded it - I hadn't realised for 2018, 2019 & 2020 they had been taking annual payments from my card so I contacted them in 2020 after seeing an email to say 'payment was successful'.
