You let our local Hospice down when they most needed you.

Today, was our chosen day to release our 10 short films of local gardens, to raise money for our local hospice. The pandemic meant it was down £1m as 80% of its income comes from charitable funding. We publicised well in advance. I even got a local BBC Radio intereview and told everyone to remember our web page. Trumpeted a fanfare. Bye!

Final nail in the coffin for Moonfruit. After having been with them for many many years I have spent the last few days redesigning my website on Wix and their builder is absolutely fantastic! I can't emphasise that enough!I suggest everyone take the time you have in lockdown, if you're unable to work at the moment like me, and redo your website using Wix.Just waiting for domain to transfer then it's bye bye Moonfruit forever

This company needs shutting down

This company needs shutting down, perhaps we should take combined legal action. Owned by Yel group Im going to contact the CEO because my website is down again and nothing is workingAdvice from me to potential customers - Think twice before using Moonfruit!

BROKEN AGAIN

Once again I cannot access any of my business sites & nor can my customers. This has become a regular occurance & is costing me customers. No support from customer services & I seem unable to move my domain names to another hosting company - if anyone can help with this please let me know!! AVOID SIGNING UP WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS.

CRIMINAL SHAMBLES

incredibly bad service bordering on the criminal, I have been trying to speak to someone or get a call abck for over a month, and yes another yearly subscription has gone through in the meantime!! - trying to move away to squarespace but will not help me transfer my site! driving me crazy- asked if there is an ombudsman i can contact but no reply. what a sodding shambles DO NOT USE MOONFRUIT OR NAMESCO

Shocking, slow customer service

Shocking customer service. My website vanished one day so I decided to contact support. Problem is that you can only contact them via what must be the worlds slowest chat interface with my first request answered after more than an hour and my response to their reply in yet to be read more than another hour later. This is no good for me and costs my business money. Moving to another supplier.

LEAVE MOONFRUIT TODAY - THEY’LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING FOR YOU

Since selling to yell.com, moonfruit.com has been forgotten. Support is virtually non-existent especially for legacy customers (Legacy=been there since before the sale). If you call yell.com and look for answers, they hang up on you or don’t have any idea.No new features. No new templates. Just nothing. Oh, and they don’t honour your old plan exactly either.Yell are prioritising yell.com plans which are more expensive than moonfruit.I’m tired of it and will be jumping ship so I hope my ...

NO SUPPORT

I have been with Moonfruit for ten years now. I have a number of small problems on site that I need help with. The support pages are impossible to use, surely they know that people use sites like Moonfruit because they don't have the skills or time to learn how to make a site on our own. Come on, put an email support and a chat line up. I will have to cancel unless help is forthcoming.

terrible company. I cancelled my subscription and they are continuing to charge.
