Great for tracking transactions. Insights are good but could be better

I've used Money Dashboard classic for years and it's been amazing. As a lover of tech tools and working in the industry myself I was excited to see a new version. Extremely poor support

The app is pretty ok. However their support isnt. I have had problems where one of scheduled ( not future, but past) transaction shows up in "Overview" but not in "Spending" that led to discrepancies. You would think that the support would help you. But their response was scheduled transactions dont show in spendings which is completely untrue. The inability to schedule flexible future payments (credit card payments, etc) makes future budgeting useless.

Referential Integrity issue with Custom Category seems unsolveable

Unfortunately, there are problems with the Neon version again on all platforms (Web and mobile). I seem to be suffering with a Custom Category which just cannot be deleted under any circumstances (it's not linked to any transactions). Additionally, Moneydashboard support does not offer the ability to correspond by phone which is infuriating as the problem has been outstanding now for well over a week with messages batting backwards and forwards. The best money aggregator in UK

By far this is the best money aggregator app and website available in the UK right now. I have tried many other apps and this has a clean interface and allows me to see all my accounts (available through Open Banking) clearly. There is also the option to add off-line accounts if your bank doesn't yet offer Open Banking capability. Excellent, ignore older lukewarm reviews

Some of the older reviews are clearly bitter about the migration from older to newer version but don't be put off. It seems the app has evolved pretty quickly. As a new user I have found it works well - except Amex only connects using web app not mobile - and now have a much better understanding of where the money goes each month. For a free app this is tremendous value for money! Many thanks

Clunky/bug ridden application

A clunky application which differs greatly between web and smartphone versions. Also, it appears there is limited technical support and you are lucky to get any responses to your queries. My recommendation is to look at the alternatives and steer clear of this one.
