PROS: With Monetate we are able to focus more on what’s important when it comes to testing optimization. The platform is clear and understandable and easy to set up campaigns performance. What do you like best about Monetate? I appreciate the flexibility of the platform. I helps us with break-fix remediation in addition to web testing. What do you dislike about Monetate? I think the code footprint could be smaller. This would help with site load times. I had liked the support structure where we were allocated hours, and our team had direct access to a dev resource on the Monetate end. Now because of Monetate's success, things are a little gated. What do you like best about Monetate? Once implemented it was easy for my team to start using immediately. Monetate's customer success was great with training and monthly calls to keep our business on track with pushing content, creating great experiences and A/B testing efforts. "Professional and efficient "

What do you like best about Monetate? They’re really follow with their clients. The platform is complete and easy to use. They have so many solutions for recommendations and reduce the bounce rate. Really good to personalize your site. What do you dislike about Monetate? Coding is really long sometimes but otherwise everything is good. What problems is Monetate solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a higher demand, AOV, items per order.

Great and helpful tool but difficult to integrate with our CRM

PROS: Monetate is great solution for us, because we can create more personalized experiences for our website and for our customers. We are able to set up new experiences effortlessly, the selection for some options is comprehensive. I am really amazed how quickly we can integrate and set up new experiences via Monetate.
