There is a slight learning curve to understanding all of the features and functionality offered in the platform What problems is Monetate solving and how is that benefiting you? It is pretty intuitive and really helps you understand how your website is built and the code behind it. What do you dislike about Monetate? "Not the best experience"

What do you like best about Monetate? The product had a lot of great features that we were so excited about. What do you dislike about Monetate? The staff, the strategy we were promised by the staff, and the IT support was terrible What problems is Monetate solving and how is that benefiting you? We couldn't get any statistical results and support team couldn't help us with a different approach.

Changes are only made for some requests if more than just ourselves (as clients) need the improvement/requirement. What problems is Monetate solving and how is that benefiting you? I really like the way you can be reactive with the tool and also can test loads of different targets by using different data sources What do you dislike about Monetate? The only thing I dislike is the save button being at the save button when editing an action What problems is Monetate solving and how is that benefiting you?
