"Monetate: Customizing the Customer Journey"

What do you like best about Monetate? I liked the sandbox/do-it-yourself features that Monetate offered, as well as how easy it was to connect to our CDP through SFTP. Overall, I thought the customization it offered made it a very powerful tool. What do you dislike about Monetate? What do you like best about Monetate? Ability to generate code in order to use product recommendations within emails, allowing for a more personal experience for the customer. What do you dislike about Monetate? Further documentation on template building. What problems is Monetate solving and how is that benefiting you? Dynamic control of fature, with any code release flag bases chnages can be enabled with minimum interventation. neither dev has to push code nor devops team need to clear anytype of caches. Also can be controll feature rollout percentage for end user. it also act as Middleware between backend system and frondend UI interms of data provider. It's difficult to find actions within an experience, there is no search function What problems is Monetate solving and how is that benefiting you? Clicking a monetate link whilst logged out prompts you to sign in, as expected. But then it bumps you to the home page one logged in, instead of the relevant link What problems is Monetate solving and how is that benefiting you? Testing on the website

What do you like best about Monetate? Use to love the ability to make quick changes to our site in a very easy manner. I also love the fact that we can A/B test through-out the entire thing, and just the UI if this all makes it really easy and super intuitive. What do you dislike about Monetate?
