Honestly, I Hate It
Monday.com was chosen for my team by an inexperienced person newly promoted to a PM role, and boy does it show. We clearly went for the shiniest tool instead of the most effective one. There's nothing intuitive about it from a PM's perspective; the navigation is absolutely indecipherable. Even Asana was leaps and bounds better. Over-hyped and under-delivered
Confusing, terrible logic flow, everything is in Beta.Classic example of "modern" not necessarily being "better." The idea behind monday.com is to be able to manage projects and have better clarity/visiblity to what teammates are working. Such aspects are present with traditional project management tools such as Microsoft Project or a more modern cloud-based application like Asana. What is going on with this company?
What is going on with this company? Is this some kind of joke? Weeks later still no one to talk to and unable to integrate Twillio as there is a fault confirmed by Twillo with Monday.com. There are plenty of people unemployed so give them a job and start talking to your customers, please. This really bad.

Tried the stringy website trial. Basically a scam selling you excel that saves online for a hefty premium.
Tried the website. It gives you a very stingy free trial that I was hardly able to use due to heavy work loads and not much spare time. However, it is pretty much a rip off of excel (that you can get for free) from what I can see. Just use excel and save to dropbox.

Never used your service (!) just need to vent at your over-saturation of Youtube ads. "Work in a team, you need to try Mondays.com"... Maybe a hundred times?! It's been going on for 8 months, and as much as I hate a bad review of a product, your marketing is part of your product, and if it's irritating, then it's not a good start.

Just did a comparison with other SaaS…
Just did a comparison with other SaaS software used at the company (Zendesk, Google G Suite, Slack) and monday is consistently 66% more expensive /user/month than the other software platforms used. Add to that, that it provides a so much more simple solution and that features such as Google Login is a 'premium addon' feature (that is included in all other software be default), monday just doesn't make any sense no matter how you look at it.
