Being able to automate most manual functions that were done with salesforce but also being able to bring salesforce reports to life in a slack channel to help harbor collaboration between teams. We've been able to automate a number of rote tasks and reduce the mental overhead for our sales team using Momentum workflows that connect with Salesforce, Gong, Asana, and Google Drive.
