Simple in use, highly effective in engaging users, extremely easy to get insights from it

What do you like best? I have been using MoEngage for my firm from the past 5 months. I must say it has been an amazing tool in understanding user behaviors, engaging them with effective notifications with varieties of Push, Inapps etc. The analytics features have been great in getting insights from it.
