What do you like best? Modus interacts directly with Outlook so it doesn't require duplicate efforts. What do you dislike? Lots of manual work on the back end that needs to be done per event. Integrates well with HubSpot and Salesforce

What do you like best? I like the simple integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce. It allows the data captured by Modus to easily help us in our marketing nurturing campaigns, and also helps sales to follow up with leads who are ready to hear from us. What do you dislike? There could be some improvements with the way templates are created, to reduce some manual work. It would also be helpful to have a search feature added to the list that is selected for leads to flow to your CRM. ...

What do you like best? Ease of sharing product information with employees and customers. Also the backend tracking capabilities allowing you to know who has shared what, with whom they’ve shared it with, and what has been opened/viewed. What do you dislike? Easy to use and provides useful tools

What do you like best? Analytic tools, versatility to organize the media library, user roles What do you dislike? limitations on VPT layout. Additional layout/formatting tools could improve presentation quality on VPTs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Modus allows us to distribute marketing material to our global sales team. Now we have a centralized source for our team to access brochures, briefings and other collateral

Mobile support

What do you like best? Quick to respond with feature requests. Everyone is very friendly and willing to investigate unique solutions to fit our needs. What do you dislike? Pricing model if I had to pick one. There really isn't much I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Single communication to our distribution network and end users for product support related topics.

Modus Sales App

What do you like best? ease of use - especially with Agendas and Followup What do you dislike? When you search - you are unable to see the directory from which the item is located. So if an item is listed in two places - it is hard to isolate it to remove duplicates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? helps pull together items in Agendas for training - makes it very easy to organize items and have them in your fingertips.

Modus as an Online Library

What do you like best? We use Modus primarily as a one-stop, online library for our sales force to have access to the marketing materials that are available to them. What do you dislike? When in admin mode, within a specific folder, I see everything we ever had there. Should be a way to filter the ones that are expired, so I can see what is currently visible to our users.
