Great System!

What do you like best? Modus interacts directly with Outlook so it doesn't require duplicate efforts. What do you dislike? Lots of manual work on the back end that needs to be done per event. What do you like best? I like the simple integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce. It allows the data captured by Modus to easily help us in our marketing nurturing campaigns, and also helps sales to follow up with leads who are ready to hear from us. What do you dislike? There could be some improvements with the way templates are created, to reduce some manual work. It would also be helpful to have a search feature added to the list that is selected for leads to flow to your CRM. ...

What do you like best? ease of use - especially with Agendas and Followup What do you dislike? When you search - you are unable to see the directory from which the item is located. So if an item is listed in two places - it is hard to isolate it to remove duplicates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? helps pull together items in Agendas for training - makes it very easy to organize items and have them in your fingertips.
