What do you like best about ModMed? Very information, there is multiple topics and interactive activities What do you dislike about ModMed? What do you like best about ModMed? It's easy to use for providers and staff. What do you dislike about ModMed? It's not the best with vendors. Slow to correct issues, sometimes they take on too many new projects without fixing previous versions/programs. What do you dislike about ModMed? The system purchased Exscribe but does not appear to have incorporated its strengths into EMA as quickly as it could have. What do you like best about ModMed? Future tech that will be available. We are new to the system and somethings are easier to navigate. What do you dislike about ModMed? We are an advanced practice and gGastro doesn't do many things we were able to do in our old system. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Our practice still has many issues we are trying to work through and implement. So I am not able to give a lot of information on this.
