What do you like best about ModMed? I find ModMed to be very User friendly, great for onboarding What do you dislike about ModMed? There are the ocassional glitches dowloading pages What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? ModMed has improved or effiencey in patient care

"THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT"
What do you like best about ModMed? WHEN MICHELLE HELPS ME, SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND HER DIRECTIONS. SOMETIMES I EVEN ASK IF SHE CAN HELP ME AND THEY WILL CONNECT ME TO HER. What do you like best about ModMed? The software is intuitive and adaptive to each user. The billing suggestions / reviews are great guidance. Faxing directly out of the visit is a timesaver and assures that it gets done. The ModMed team is always looking ahead and is incredibly innovative. The Vibe of the staff and company. What do you like best about ModMed? Modmed is an innovator in providing solutions for our medical practice. What do you dislike about ModMed? Clutter. ie. their EMA support is very confusing to navigate to get help. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Documenting patient visits and record keeping.
