Recommendations to others considering the product: Absolutely. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to connect with candidates quicker via Schedule Events option. Ability to pre-screen w Interview and/or Voice. Diminishing costs of flying ppl in, using Live Interview instead.

Fantastic and innovative

What do you like best? The convenience of being able to screen dozens of candidates in the time it would take me to do 5 phone screening. Montage is also flexible with our goals and always looking for ways to increase our usage of the tool in new ways. What do you dislike? There are some UI and sharing features that I do not care for. I Love Montage!

What do you like best? Montage saves us time and allows us to review top candidates in the most efficient way! I used to interview in person and would spend 2 hours on each candidate. Now I can review a candidate in 15=20- minutes. Managers also can get a good feel for a person's professionalism, goals, preparedness, presentation. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best part of Montage for us is the on-demand feature - it saves a ton of time AND money when it comes to interviewing!
