What do you like best about Mode? simplicity and pretty easy migration from the old database to Mode. Using it frequently for weekly reports. Would recommend using it What do you dislike about Mode? Would be great to see some more handholding messages/hints, and missing real-time data was a bummer for CX work but we managed this as well. What do you like best about Mode? I love all of the detail that is provided in an easily read screenshot. I can basically get all of the data that I need to complete a risk review in a single look at the Mode dashboard. What do you dislike about Mode? Honestly, there isn't really anything I dislike about mode. What do you dislike about Mode? Sometimes the reports take a while to populate data. What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows are team to combine data from multiple reports and locations into one seamless report which makes our team more productive.
