What do you like best about Mobiniti? The ease of use and the ability to do whatever is necessary from my phone. Doesn't require hardly any time to set up. What do you like best about Mobiniti? I came to Mobiniti after being burned by different text message provider. I'm bummed that I didn't find them sooner in my research. Their platform is top notch, with lots of integration and their customer service is stellar. What do you like best about Mobiniti? Being able to communicate with my clients and customers and have confidence that they are actually seeing it. What do you dislike about Mobiniti? "Fairly easy to use, good customer service, great value for the cost."

What do you like best? Cost. The price per message and low cost of entry is very appealing. The interface is largely easy to use. What do you dislike? Having to use a spreadsheet to import contacts without sending an opt-in (though I understand why it's like that, in order to keep the system for being used as spammers). Having to send an opt-out query every 30 days. Searching contacts could be better - would be better if you could search the custom fields. Recommendations to others ...

This software product really allows you to jump right in and have a text messaging program up and running in a day with a huge feature set that is relatively advanced in comparison to most providers in this price tier.
