"Terrible."

What do you like best? Pricing. Extremely cheap options........ What do you dislike? Assigned account rep was extremely hard to get ahold of. Logged more than 15 hours trying to work with customer service (days of back and forth for simple solutions) that was solved by MobileCause in 25 mins. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? NA

What do you like best? You can create compelling text messages that will get you the results you want and need. What do you dislike? Having to ask for opt in each month prior to sending a text blast. What do you like best about Mobiniti? The dashboard is very easy to use. Everything is in one place. What do you dislike about Mobiniti? Nothing, everything is easy to use. Hard to improve on excellence. Recommendations to others considering Mobiniti: Cost effective for nonprofits. Ease of use. No learning curve, you can just jump right in and start using product. Customer Service is very helpful when first getting started. What problems is Mobiniti solving and how is that benefiting ...

What do you like best about Mobiniti? Mobiniti's user interface is simple to navigate, their various marketing integrations create lots of possibilities, and their support is second to none. What do you dislike about Mobiniti? I would love their app to become available soon. What problems is Mobiniti solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to send alerts and other important information to church parishioners to communicate in almost real time with hundreds of people simultaneously.
