What do you like best about Mobiniti? The customer service is hands down the best thing about the company, everytime i have a question/concern James Gildea is always there to help. What do you dislike about Mobiniti? I dont have anything negative to say about the company. What problems is Mobiniti solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching out to more of our customers in an easier way.

What do you like best about Mobiniti? The ability to directly message our customers. While it's more costly, we love sending MMS messages with pictures. What do you dislike about Mobiniti? The more subscribers you have, the more costly it is. While it's a valuable marketing tool, it does get pretty expensive. "Customer Friendly Product!"

What do you like best about Mobiniti? User Interface and swift actions with customer feedback are really good. What do you dislike about Mobiniti? Customer support is not 24/7 and it will be great if that is taken care of. Because one time I was not aware of the telecom regulation rule that the messages have to be sent after 9AM. I was trying multiple times and then once I got hold of the support, they actually fixed it and now I am able to send SMS at any time. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Mobiniti? Great Customer support and easy to use interface. What do you dislike about Mobiniti? As right now, nothing really to dislike. But I think they miss the opportunity to work with other 3rd party like Zoho CRM. "Impressed with platform and service"

What do you like best about Mobiniti? I came to Mobiniti after being burned by different text message provider. I'm bummed that I didn't find them sooner in my research. Their platform is top notch, with lots of integration and their customer service is stellar. One of my favorite things about Mobiniti is their own email-marketing which really encourages, teaches and inspires you on how to use their platform. What do you like best about Mobiniti? Being able to communicate with my clients and customers and have confidence that they are actually seeing it. What do you dislike about Mobiniti? It's not super intuitive. If I haven't used a function in a while, I have to get a refresher on it. "Fairly easy to use, good customer service, great value for the cost."

What do you like best? Cost. The price per message and low cost of entry is very appealing. The interface is largely easy to use. What do you dislike? Having to use a spreadsheet to import contacts without sending an opt-in (though I understand why it's like that, in order to keep the system for being used as spammers). Having to send an opt-out query every 30 days. Searching contacts could be better - would be better if you could search the custom fields. Recommendations to others ...
