I'm using MobileXpense already for several years for business expenses.
What do you like best? The speed of processing expenses is very high. What do you dislike? User unfriendly menu (dashboard could contain more structured information). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralization of expenses.

Easy to use app
What do you like best? The new mobile app that is easy to use and user friendly. No training needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes the automated receipt extraction takes a little time to create the transaction. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great user and customer experience
What do you like best? The speed at which your requests/requirements are met, and the warmth and care from the MX team are what appeals to me in the first place. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Simplicity and options. Covers everything that I need for expenses. What do you dislike? MobileXpense has performed better in the past
What do you like best? I liked the personalised service & the collaboration with the product manager some years ago. This person has however left the company What do you dislike? Service requests via a zendesk, we don't experience the service we would like anymore. Dedicated person is not available or is not able to help.
