Mobile but not always Functional

What do you like best? It is convenient to upload your receipts almost immediately - especially when travelling. It's just a camera click to upload. What do you dislike? It does not do a good job of intelligent capture for your receipts so most of the time you still need to enter details manually. Especially with hotel receipts. What do you like best? I liked the personalised service & the collaboration with the product manager some years ago. This person has however left the company What do you dislike? Service requests via a zendesk, we don't experience the service we would like anymore. Dedicated person is not available or is not able to help.
