What do you like best? The most useful is that every colleague can submit a report from anywhere and receive approval in the app very quickly. What do you dislike? You can improve the OCR so that the data extracted to be more accurate. What do you like best? Automated extraction of the receipts after submitting them when I am in a business trip. Seamless approval flow and faster reimbursement. Great user and customer experience
What do you like best? The speed at which your requests/requirements are met, and the warmth and care from the MX team are what appeals to me in the first place. What do you dislike? Mobile but not always Functional
What do you like best? It is convenient to upload your receipts almost immediately - especially when travelling. It's just a camera click to upload. What do you dislike? It does not do a good job of intelligent capture for your receipts so most of the time you still need to enter details manually. Especially with hotel receipts. MobileXpense has performed better in the past
What do you like best? I liked the personalised service & the collaboration with the product manager some years ago. This person has however left the company What do you dislike? Service requests via a zendesk, we don't experience the service we would like anymore. Dedicated person is not available or is not able to help. I'm using MobileXpense already for several years for business expenses.
