Somehow this company has gotten hold of my email address and keeps on spamming me, despite repeated requests to remove my email address from their mailing list.

What do you like best? Mobile monkey has changed the way I use FB messenger, and it’s free What do you dislike? Nothing yet, I haven’t had any problems with it Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a very easy to deploy Facebook Messenger bot system What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to talk to prospects the second they’ve clicked your ad and shown interest is invaluable

Excellent Product

What do you like best? It is so easy to use, even if you have no previous experience with bots. What do you dislike? Some of the features are limiting, but I hope that will change over time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have to chat with applicants all day! MM does it for me. What do you like best? They have a relatively large Facebook group/community which can be helpful for new marketers. Their product works well, although it is slow and full of unnecessary design elements. There are areas like "attributes" that you can't even get to unless you go through a series of unclear steps which isn't documented at all. What do you like best? Jason was very helpful resolving a billing issue I had. Thank you Jason! What do you dislike? We didn't really use it, it was cumbersome for our business model, just not a good fit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ended up not using the software, but I had left a negative review regarding their billing, that issue was resolved so I am updating the review.
