MobileMonkey has helped us automate customer service and nurture sales without a huge team. Really powerful tool, once you learn to use the builder you can accomplish really smart bot conversation flows. They have great tutorials to help you out while getting started as well. Excited about their new Instagram tool as well. Great product and company!

Super useful leadgen tool
We used MobileMonkey both as part of a site self-service offering, as well as a leadgen funnel. We found that chatbots are considerably more likely to capture an email address, over a simple lead form. The chat flow construction tool is really intuitive. I highly recommend it.

Highly Recommended!
I never thought that I will come across a very good chatbot for my business. At first, I was quite hesitant. But when I tried it, and everything else goes well, I started to rely with it and I can’t seem to live without it. What makes it so fantastic is its feature that allows you to write a custom chat content that you can use in all of your chat platforms. My customers are satisfied and I am satisfied as well. Easy to setup and integrate
I recently had the opportunity to integrate MobileMonkey into my website via a popup chat feature as well as via messenger on my facebook page. It was amazing how intuitive it was to set up responses, generate questions and collect email addresses for followup. After the initial setup, I got to just sit back and watch it work. Amazing!
