What do you like best? Connecting Facebook pages and making autochats. Quality of support. A lot of useful tips about making Facebook business. What do you dislike? Cool Feature But Very Complicated
What do you like best? MobileMonkey offers several chat features including lead generation, market research, email signups, forms, surveys, etc. What do you dislike? It is way to complicated to use. In order for me to have been able to use it effectively, I would have needed to spend several hours trying to figure it out on my own as they do not offer much in the ways of customer support.
