What do you like best? MobileMonkey is amazing in both its breadth and depth. It's so versatile, I can use it for just about every platform and do so many things with it. Very useful and convenient tool for business!

What do you like best? It’s so easy to use and has a really nice and clear interface for chat between workers. The pricing of the product is very affordable if you don’t want the free version. What do you dislike? It sometimes lags between messages but not that much. The customer service team can sometimes take a while to get back to you with problems. What do you like best? It is so easy to use, even if you have no previous experience with bots. What do you dislike? Some of the features are limiting, but I hope that will change over time. What do you like best? Jason was very helpful resolving a billing issue I had. Thank you Jason! What do you dislike? We didn't really use it, it was cumbersome for our business model, just not a good fit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ended up not using the software, but I had left a negative review regarding their billing, that issue was resolved so I am updating the review.
