What do you like best about ML Work Orders? ML is visually pleasing and therefore, easy to use. The main work orders page is very simple but customizable so that all the information I need is on that screen.

What do you like best about ML Work Orders? We like that this is a real time check off system. It allows us to keep track of what is needed without the requests getting lost in an email. We also like that we can specify certain trained people to be notified of particular work orders rather than everyone getting the email notification. I like that we can do a mass edit of work orders, it helps tremendously!

What do you like best about ML Work Orders? One of the things I like best is the amazing customer support. My questions or issues have a response the same day - either to let me know something is fixed or to let me know that things are in process. They listen to their customers and even have a "suggestion box" of sorts where you can submit ideas and they will sometimes implement those.
