What do you like best about ML Work Orders? Being able to identify the problem in a drop down menu, location, type of issue, the severity of problem, and getting to the right people makes a world of difference than picking up the phone. All the information can be written out, and giving a specific timeframe for when job needs to be completed. Adding a photo with information can save a lot of time.

What do you like best about ML Work Orders? I needed to use this system to place a work order to have another team help me out with a specific project in my space. I was able to outline exactly what I needed and when, and they were able to use the system to provide me with updates on the progress and completion of the request. What do you like best about ML Work Orders? ML work orders make entering issues at school a breeze. I like how I can differentiate between IT and maintenance orders. Each time I complete a work order, my case is handled faster than if I picked up the phone. There are several drop-down boxes for me to choose from, which makes entering a case take no more than a minute.

I am able to give specific instructions, and the people completing the work order can respond back with details. It allows me, as a teacher, to get quick help for plumbing issues in my art room, electrical and more! I can rate things for the level of priority and urgency and this helps our staff prioritize all the requests they receive.
