It is easy to use, and easy to implement, No more emails, phone calls or post it notes. All work requests come in from the same source. It is feature rich and the work requests contain enough information to perform the task without having to contact the requester for more info.

What do you like best about ML Work Orders? Staff is automatically assigned a ticket when it falls into their scope or area. Staff can be grouped into zones, and tickets are automatically assigned to a tech based upon their zone. When a ticket is submitted, the tech is immediately alerted and assigned to the issue. This reduces blow by and tickets going stale.
