It has helped us to cut off features that people were tied to, but didn't generate the necessary outcomes for the business. What do you like best about Mixpanel? The tool was really easy to implement, everyone in the company can do his own boards and reports. In a few seconds I can check how my users use my product. The 4 types of report are easy to understand even if I would say that the retention report is a bit harder to understand than the others.
