Awesome !!

What do you like best? Easy to use, has lots of templates, you can share it with anyone, when you are online working with a team is really amazing how information flows and people get inspired watching how other team members perform On-line tool, no kidding, you get the job done quite fast What do you dislike? Free license only lets you use three projects Maybe there is, bu I did not find a way to configure new templates not included, such as Team canvas, ExO Canvas, ...

The most effective Collaboration tool

What do you like best? I am not sure where to start. The various templates available are the best of the lot to get you up and running really quickly on a new board. Workshops are so effective with the sticky notes and the awesome features to bring people to the current section of the board where the presenter is. Best of the lot is the jira integration to actually create and use Jira tickets on the board which is useful in so many ways when relative sizing tickets, prioritizing them or ...

The provided templates are abundance making the whole experience in in starting the journey of mind mapping was very seamless. What do you dislike? Is there such thing that I do not like? I ...

MIRO is a true breakthrough tool for information managers everywhere.

What do you like best? The Virtual Whiteboard and the multitude of versatile tools I can use on the Boards I create. What do you dislike? I wish everyone wanted to use it but I am surprised by the innate resistance I run into among people who are not eager to find and use new tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to quickly and easily create simple visual illustrations that help me explain many strategic ...

Miro can make collaboration more effective than physical collaboration!

What do you like best? I love how organized collaboration is with Miro. Sticky notes are easy to sort, activities are easy to define, and everyone can access all of the information quickly. I also love how the activities/work done in Miro is, just by the nature of the tool, documented and captured for later review. What do you dislike? There isn't much that I dislike about Miro. One small obstacle is the learning curve (albeit not large) to the tool and sometimes ...

Just started Miro and love the colaboration and using it as a really quick single source of truth

What do you like best? Collaborative work, especially with snap to view, ease of use and being able to throw in icons and emojis. What do you dislike? There are too many projects and I need to scroll. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Miro has been fantastic at getting everyone with different skill sets all on the same page.

Miro helps when remote working, especially facilitating and collaborating

What do you like best? I enjoy the following: - Digital whiteboard functionality - Mind map functionality is very handy - Multiple people can collaborate at once - Using and saving templates for business analysis eg. Service blueprints, Journey maps, PEST, fishbone etc - UI, look and feel and generally a fast adoption curve for people in my group What do you dislike? Some of the sharing with non paid licensed Miro users can be limiting for my use case. While ...

Best research tool for UX

What do you like best? It is collaborative and has a lot of useful templates. Very smooth and good user experience. Our team at Deloitte use Miro when we have to brainstorm on problem statements and a zoom call with Miro just works the best while exchanging ideas. What do you dislike? Maybe some tech error, sometimes the boards get locked automatically. A recommendation I would like to give is adding a feature to conduct user research. Once we wanted to share a board among 50 ...

Seamless experience for workshops

What do you like best? Miro is a great tool to use for a seamless virtual workshop experience. It allows workshop participants to stay engaged and makes the workshop more interactive. The variety of templates also come in super handy! What do you dislike? If not locked, the frames and elements can be accidentally moved around during workshops. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problem definition, brainstorming, understanding ...
