Miro the best

What do you like best? Links with editing rights. Availability for the whole team. What do you dislike? The application crashes when there are several diagrams or many pictures on the board. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start using it ASAP! It saves your time and helps you create products or work while everyone is sitting at home during the pandemic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Miro, ...

Essential collaboration tool for all teams

What do you like best? It helps my team across multiple geographical locations to connect with each other and collaborate. Not just that, but we are able to bring many more people together to collaborate that we physically would have in the past. My team has always been split across multiple locations and to share you've really had to be in the same office. Miro now allows us to use one whiteboard and have 15-20 people all contributing at once. This is something you can't do when people ...

Agile rituals going New Normal

What do you like best? Our cross-functional teams love the tool. We use it every day. For agile rituals (like retrospectives), product development (user journeys), or just brainstorming. What do you dislike? I cannot migrate my old Mural Boards to Miro. Recommendations to others considering the product: You should offer trainings to the team. Some great features are never used if you don't educate them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

The best Design Thinking Tool

What do you like best? I'm a Designer, and for brainstorming, I use post-it the most. It's really better than real paper. I can edit them, re-size them, change color, copy them, re-arrange them. I love it! What do you dislike? At first, the navigation and selection of elements seem difficult, but once you learn how to select more than one item you are on the other side. Recommendations to others considering the product: I wish I have this tool in the past. What ...

Invaluable & versatile tool for remote working

What do you like best? I can't think of any other that is as effective for working collaboratively and remotely with our teams. It's the most frequently used tool for running workshops, conducting & analysing user interviews, collaborating on projects and a lot of other things. What do you dislike? Nothing major, just little things like being able to tweak the fonts on post it notes (bold a word) and the exporting feature could be improved. Some post it notes dont appear in the ...

Happy User

What do you like best? Miro usability is great; I can always seem to find a feature or function that makes my chart look or function better. I really like the group function that makes multiple items easier to move together. I also really like that multiple users can work within a project at one time. What do you dislike? It's challenging to navigate to another area of the project when zoomed in. I will usually inadvertently move stickies or items without intending to do so and ...

Fantastic collaboration tool

What do you like best? Miro is awesome when you want to get together with your team remotely, brainstorm, collaborate and get on the same page. It also offers ample choices of templates that you can explore and review your work approach in different ways. I recently created flowcharts and mind maps on Miro and it was super easy compared to other well known tools in the market for process diagrams. It also integrates with other tools like Jira and I can add or embed images and ...

Intuitive, visual, and they're easy to get

What do you like best? Miro is a great tool that anyone can use intuitively and share information visually. You can easily start writing (or drawing) with the various templates already available. You can freely express yourself by inserting a variety of shapes and images. And the board is infinitely large, allowing you to rearrange what you write on it. It's better than the real whiteboard. What do you dislike? Miro cannot treat information as a data structure, ...

Whiteboard sessions have gone digital!

What do you like best? Miro is just so flexible, in our company we use it for Kanbans, product development, roadmaps, collaborative work, thought maps, workflow designs, you name it! Whenever we need to work together on a project, we can jump into the same board, follow the leader or jump in and change things ourselves. What do you dislike? Nothing. It does everything we need it to and more. We probably use it for more than what it's designed for, but the flexibility allows ...

The best online collaboration tool integrated with all my product stack

What do you like best? The best online collaboration tool integrated with all my ecosystem stack G Suite, Slack, Asana and more. The UX/UI designers of this tool should get the Nobel Prize for designing Miro. Two words: great tool! What do you dislike? I like everything about Miro :-) It's not cheap but I get value for money. Recommendations to others considering the product: Miro is my own virtual desk (helping me keep my physical desk clean) and remote whiteboard, ...
