"Best system for complaint management in logistics and food market"

What do you like best about Mint Service Desk? We use MintSD daily as the platform for complaint management and tracking deliveries. I like its flexibility and user-friendly interface. We have a very close contact to MintSD team and they quickly react to any changes we want to adopt in our processes.
