Not sure how they are still alive, logged in downloaded the app hoping to mine grin and its not even in the app, not to mention just being on there website my google chrome stats in task manager went absolutely wild, wonder if them using your browser as a crypto miner is in the terms of service, i doubt it will be.

MinerGate is a pure scam since 2 years…
MinerGate is a pure scam since 2 years now. Went back to my account after couple years and wanted to transfer my rest balance from there but they locked down withdrawals. Support asked to register on their exchanger and follow KYC and send them proof of KYC verification, did all as asked and never heared back from them since months. 15 open tickets without answer...

I sent mails to minergate severally but did not get a reply i had to report them to ASSETSECURE LTD , I reported Minergate and provided enough evidence for them to trace the transaction.. I got my refund 2 weeks after i reported them to AssetSECURE

I wish i read the reviews here before i got into their claws, after i invested the first payment for minergate, they kept asking for outrageous amounts before i could withdraw. They really are big sharks and they are actually evil. time, energy and high hopes all gone down the drain except my money, thankful for fraudcomplaint.link that helped in recovering all i thought i had lost.

Have done rigorous research, yes it is scam.
After mining with them for a few years, when I am ready to withdraw, it became clear that they are infact scammers. My experience is the same where they asked me to jump through hoops doing KYC with HitBTC and after I've done all that, they stopped responding. Stay away. I wish I looked at these reviews earlier.
