Super easy to process & approve

What do you like best? It's super easy to approve payments. Saves SO much time relative to actually signing checks, and the integration with QB is great. What do you dislike? This may just be my user setup, but I only have approve/unapprove capabilities. Powerful, Flexible AP solution for SMBs

What do you like best? The auto-coding of invoices, approval workflow, and payments processes all worked very well. What do you dislike? We had some issues working with credit card statements and items received against a PO (using QuickBooks), but we were able to develop work-arounds. What do you like best? Easy setup, good customer support, they listen to customer feedback. What do you dislike? Netsuite integration is ok but has some bugs if you have multiple financial calendars. Does not yet have SSO/SAML capability. Vendor management portal not yet ready but on roadmap. Oversold, failed to implement

What do you like best? The theoretical use of MineralTree was attractive to us. They are on the right track with real-time invoice capture, PO matching, and Payment all in one portal. What do you dislike? Where to start. The concept was great, but almost none of it works as expected when interfaced with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Reliable and secure

What do you like best? Security and privacy are definitely something I appreciate a lot and I feel like MineralTree is communicating that well to their customers. What do you dislike? Setup can be a bit tricky so customers would definitely benefit from a better onboarding/knowledge transfer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As mentioned, privacy and security are a big plus, it also saves time and resources.

What do you like best? I would have to say, what I like best; Flexpay. FlexPay enables enterprises to optimize their payment process and choose the most efficient payment methods. What do you dislike? There weren't many things to dislike about MineralTree and working with them through my company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has helped with payments and banking.

What do you like best? MineralTree allows the AP manager to keep track of all open invoices and route to the specific approvers. No more having invoices get lost on someone's desk. Also, MineralTree allows you to have an audit history that proves someone reviewed and approved an invoice.
