What do you like best about MineralTree? Integration with Quickbooks Online is amazing. This integration allows for my accounting team to quickly get invoices into our financial reports. Our accountants are saved m lot of time by not having to code these invoices. In additional the mailing and ACH are fantastic. What do you like best about MineralTree? It has transformed the amount of time I spend on Accounts Payable monthly. What do you dislike about MineralTree? They need to verify vendor bank accounts before payment. What problems is MineralTree solving and how is that benefiting you? It completely transformed the manual process during the pandemic.

What do you like best about MineralTree? Makes managing accounts payable so much easier. What do you dislike about MineralTree? It would be great if it had a PO system to supplement QBO because POs are not useful in QBO. What do you like best about MineralTree? Very easy to use and understand matches perfectly to our system. What do you dislike about MineralTree? that the pages updated and now i have to click each page ad it doesn't group all my vendors together as one.. What do you like best about MineralTree? Mineral Tree is a great software for paperless accounting. Everything you need from posting to paying is at your fingertips. Very efficient and easy to use. Invoices are accurately captured and very minimal work is left for the accounting individual to do after. What do you dislike about MineralTree? What do you like best about MineralTree? The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The approval process is easy to navigate and customize that provides us greater control surrounding our payment process. Overall, Mineral Tree has been a great system and tool. What do you like best about MineralTree? I love that everything AP/AR related is now in one place, but more than anything I love how responsive and accessible the MineralTree team is. What do you dislike about MineralTree? There's not anything I particularly dislike, I'd just say MineralTree comes with a learning curve that may seem difficult at first but gets easier the more acclimated you become. What do you like best about MineralTree? Ease of use for the A/P staff. Takes away a lot of the hassle of tracking down invoices and approvers What do you dislike about MineralTree? Internal staff members who want to make every process much more complex than it is and refuse to learn a new process What problems is MineralTree solving and how is that benefiting you? Staff members who don't want to submit invoices and approvers who conveniently forget due dates.

We utilize SilverPay for many vendors. Occasionally there is confusion by vendors on how this program gets administered, mainly when they receive phone calls to make these payments. What do you like best about MineralTree? Mineral Tree saves me a great deal of time by capturing all invoices data; all I have to do is verify and submit to QB. Paying our invoices is a very simple process, and we never have to worry about duplicate invoices as Mineral Tree immediately flags duplicates. What do you dislike about MineralTree?
