"All the HR help I need!"
What do you like best about Mineral? I use the compliance area of the website to stay current with new laws and regulations across the states our company operates in. The training courses have been key in helping us stay compliant with Harassment training. The Salary Comparison tool has been extremely helpful during our annual review assessments. I've also chatted with an Expert when needed. Love having that access!

"Mineral is a lifesaver if you need additional HR support"
What do you like best about Mineral? I love the SMART handbook, I no longer have to worry about making sure every policy is up-to-date, Mineral sends out notifications on policies that have changed or new policies are now in place.

What do you like best about Mineral? We are a small legal firm and as the Firm Manager I wear a lot of different hats. I love that when I need Human Resource support, I know there is a qualified HR Specialist available to address my questions and concerns. Additionally, we recently started using the Smart Employee Handbook Plus. The implementation was beyond easy, the Employee Handbook is user friendly, and the support was exemplary.

What do you like best about Mineral? Mineral provides relevant updates on a weekly basis and provides a searchable database for answers. Additionally, there is a knowledgeable subject matter expert just a click or two away. Mineral is easy to use and naviagte.
