They are knowledgeable of state specific HR issues and I have learned so much from Mineral. They also assisted with developing our Employee Manual which literally saved us thousands of dollars.

What do you like best about Mineral? I use the compliance area of the website to stay current with new laws and regulations across the states our company operates in. The training courses have been key in helping us stay compliant with Harassment training. The Salary Comparison tool has been extremely helpful during our annual review assessments. I've also chatted with an Expert when needed. Love having that access!
