A useful tool for Mind Mapping
What do you like best? MindMeister allows you to add files, attach links and notes to any area of the map. It is an ultimate tool for visual learners. Being cloud based tool , teams and clients do not need to install any software and it is easy to share and collaborate on files. What do you dislike? Mindmeister planning tool
What do you like best? Very easy to use - the tool doesn't get in the way of the process; critical for visually mapping. Organize and arrange maps easily - even create submaps with links back to the top. It works with Microsoft Teams. The paid version offered the ability to export to PDF. What do you dislike? I find the tool really intuitive
I find the tool really intuitive, honestly I never knew a tool like this existed, I always kinda used to do my mind maps with a few coloured pens and glitter. Although I do miss physically writing - this is a great digital alternative. Awesome job guys! Have officially recommended this to all my friends.

Best online mind mapping tool
After trying many different mind mapping tools, MindMeister works for me the best. It has a nice design, no annoying ads on the platform and it is really easy to use. There is also a free version, tho I use the paid account, because I often attach files to my mind maps.

Poor approach to a refund request
Poor approach to a refund request. I've been a paid customer for a long time but decided that for the last 1.5 year has not been using the software any more. I've asked for a refund of a yearly subscription fee but the company has refused to issue a refund as I didn't ask for it in the required time. Not acceptable to me in this DNA age.

Misleading
I am very unsatisfied with your services.. It is extremely misleading. It is a shame in the way you are misleading your customers.. I spent 30 minutes creating a map just to find out that I have to pay for a subscription to simply print or save my map. If this is the case you need to make this know and very clear from the very beginning when someone is using your site.. So very disappointment on how you go about acquiring new customers.
