Not only does it consolidate all of the projects on my plate, but it also connects them so that I know how each of them is associated with each other. A great tool for capturing Chatbot flow dialogues

What do you like best? Mindmeister is an easy to use tool for designing and documenting Chatbot flows. I like how easy it is to create a visual representation of a dialogue and then playing it in Presentation mode for my customers so they can see visually how their customers will interact with their content. I had to leave this software behind…

I had to leave this software behind with my whole company after putting many hours in implementation because of 2 major bugs that were not even recognized or understood by the support team. One was a severe issue with privacy changes which is a disaster for sensitive content, the other a problem with their handling of free accounts when people just want to browse your public mindmaps. What do you like best? I absolutely love the different themes and templates I can use. I feel like the software is very customizable. It also does a great job of fitting my needs. What do you dislike? I feel that having only 3 free maps is a bit limiting. However, it gets the job done and the premium version isn't that expensive. What do you like best? If you have a billion things going on, MindMeister helps you to track what you have completed and what you need to do through flow charts so you can show how your projects relate. If you put in a deadline, MindMeister reminds you that you need to do something through an email. Super convenient. What do you dislike?
