Organizing thoughts and Ideas is Very easy
Organizing thoughts and Ideas is Very easy through Mindmeister.Earlier i used to used a local application but after changing devices you lose the data over a period of time. Putting the mind map app online is what i was looking for since ages... the application is perfect for organizing thoughts and plans for me.

I fell into the same trap of a 0 notice…
I fell into the same trap of a 0 notice auto renew. I've now cancelled my subscription and will place the transaction in dispute with my card company if they decide not to refund.I find the behaviour of not informing the customer of an auto renewal dishonest. It may be in the terms and conditions but this isn't the type of organisation I will choose to give my business too.

Slow and difunctional
Slow and difunctional, paid for the extra feature/s, to download mindmaps on word, it has never worked, no matter how many times I have tried ! Customer service say its a bug; I gave up trying after emailing them 3 times several months apart, with no fix.

Mediocre product with poor support
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? For creating mind maps, Mind Meister is extremely easy to use. Its the kind of product that after using for the first time you start looking for ways to continue using it. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
